All products are sold “as is” and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving pricing mistakes, suspected fraud, or violations of these Terms.

Once an order has been placed and payment is completed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to update or change pricing at any time without notice.

Full payment is required before an order is processed. We are not responsible for any foreign transaction fees, currency conversion costs, or additional charges applied by your bank or card provider.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control do not qualify for refunds.

Once an order has been shipped, risk of loss and title transfer to the buyer.

Driftline is not responsible for lost shipments and stolen packages and claims must be made by the customer to the appropriate carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. We do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges. 

 

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact us first to attempt to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent claims may result in termination of service and potential legal action to recover any losses.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our website or products.

In all circumstances, our maximum liability will not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order involved.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

All products are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. User Conduct

Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt fraudulent activity, or interfere with the operation of the site. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access, or cancel orders, if misuse or violations are suspected.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes related to them will be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action must be filed exclusively in the courts located in Colorado.
